From the thrilling Maid of the Mist boat ride to the scenic walking trails, each moment on our Niagara Falls Day Trip from NYC is tailored to captivate your senses.

All private packages include at least one attraction: the famous vessel "Maid and Mist" for a scenic cruise (May to October), or you will visit the "Scenic Tunnel" located right behind the falls (November to April). The premium packages include even more (i.e the Skylon Tower) if you are looking to elevate your time in Niagara Falls.

In the evening you will go back to NYC with a flight from Buffalo. Arrival in NYC is expected between 7:30 pm and 10 pm/

• Due to the limited availability of this tour, we only authorize the credit card during the check out process, final charges will only occur after the tour is confirmed
• Confirmation will be received within 72 hours from time of booking and are subject to availability.
• Prices may increase without prior notice due to flight availability and cost. In the event that the rate for the chosen date is higher than the advertised one, guests will be asked to reconfirm the new rate and pay the difference, or cancel their request at no charge to them
• Please note that due to special events, adverse weather conditions, Covid-19 pandemic, or circumstances outside our control, some venues and places mentioned in the tour description, including may change without prior notice.
• Cancellation Policy: please note there is a 100% penalty of the flight portion (once booked flights are never refundable) - the tour portion can be canceled upo to 16 days before tour date for a refund.

Special Notes on Tours outside the U.S.A.

• Due to TSA policies, each passenger's date of birth, passport name, Gender, are required at the time of booking.
• All passengers are required to have a current valid passport on the day of travel.
• All passengers are required to have proper identification when entering or leaving the United States (e.g. Visa - Immigration documents)
• For entry in Canada, clients have the responsibility to make sure that all visa requirements are met.
• Passengers without the proper travel documents to cross the border and visit Canada CAN NOT JOIN this tour.
• The tour operator assumes no liability or responsibility for airline and bus delays. In case of passengers required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights/bus, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals, and personal expenditures will be the responsibility of the passengers.
