Irene created the perfect blend of history, fun facts, and interesting sights to keep us fully immersed and engaged during our 2-hour tour of Brooklyn. We have been to Manhattan many times but this was our first visit to Brooklyn and we now have a deep appreciation of it and a desire to return and spend more time enjoying the eclectic neighborhoods that make up this gem of a city.

We had a group of 45 doing a private half-day tour of Manhattan prior to sailing on a New England/Canada cruise. Our guide, Irene, was exceptional - so personable and a wealth of information about everything we saw. Answered all of our questions and customized the tour to meet our needs and interests. Heard so many great comments about the tour from other members of our group. Irene and the NYC tour was everything we had hoped for.

Buon giorno Sig. Tony,
siamo appena rientrati da NY e volevamo ringraziarla per l'impeccabile assistenza e i consigli fornitici. Organizzare un viaggio per 10 all'ultimo momento e accontentare tutti non è semplice, ma la USA Welcome Llc ha centrato l'obiettivo.
La nostra valutazione sui servizi da voi offerti non può che essere più che positiva :
- i transfer a/r con van privato sempre puntuali e ad un prezzo competitivo
- il briefing in hotel da parte di Irene è stato davvero molto utile.
( Con l'occasione ringrazio Irene che ci ha consegnato direttamente il NY Explorer Pass, evitandoci così di fare code e perdere del tempo)
- Musical Lion King a Broadway : i posti assegnati erano perfetti e il prezzo pagato era di gran lunga inferiore rispetto a quello offerto sul sito ufficiale
- Molto interessante è stato il tour di NY con guida e van privato . Lo consigliamo a tutti, soprattutto all'arrivo per orientarsi meglio nei giorni successivi ...
- Gospel e visita di Harlem : è un tour che merita !
Anche in questo caso, Irene si è dimostrata preparata e molto disponibile. Per concludere, qualora dovessimo pianificare un altro viaggio negli States, non esiteremo a contattarvi per chiedere la vostra assistenza.

Chose this as good potential option for family of 6 in which we wanted to explore the Brooklyn / Queens area...and it offered reasonable option for 6 hours...large vehicle with driver and guide... and did not disappoint. Irene was great ... warm ... relaxed ... but engaging. It made good use of time during a winter trip when time and weather would not have allowed seeing so much. Since it is a Florida based business was a little concerned with reliability...but you communicate directly with local guide beforehand which was reassuring for me...and they proved very dependable for us.

Un sentito ringraziamento al Signor Tony che ci ha seguito in modo eccellente fin dalla pianificazione all soggiorno . Abbiamo voluto vedere New York senza sorprese e lui ci ha organizzato dei tour mirati compreso quello di un giorno a Washington . Per il tour su New York siamo stati assistiti dal Signor Sergio che con la sua alta preparazione ci ha illustrato la città in ogni suo particolare di vita e storia , la Signora Manuela (italiana trapiantata a New York) ci ha invece portato a vedere New York by night ... esperienza incredibile con anche vista dello skyline di Manhattan dal ferryboat e giro per case addobbate con luci natalizie .... In definitiva se volete visitare New York con assistenza sicura ITALIANA e senza fregature rivolgetevi tranquillamente a loro ....chiedete del Signor Tony e vedrete che vi accontenterà in tutto dal viaggio all'hotel ai Tour e con prezzi ottimi ... The SATC walking tour is fabulous! Our tour guide was amazing. Friendly, helpful, accommodating and so knowledgeable about the city. It was essentially 2 tours in 1.
