LANDING AT NEWARK: WHAT TO EXPECT
When you book an airport transfer from Newark, we understand that customs and passport checks can take some time. That's why we offer 1.5 hours of free waiting time for your driver to ensure that you have plenty of time to get through the airport. Plus, our flight monitoring system allows us to adjust your driver's arrival time if your flight is delayed or lands earlier than expected. We want to make your airport transfer as stress-free as possible!

FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
When arriving at Newark airport with your international flight, be prepared to go through US Customs, which can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on various factors such as the date, terminal, and time of day. During peak seasons and holidays, wait times can be even longer. After clearing customs, head to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage. Once you have your bags, you can easily find your driver waiting for you at the exit of the customs area for a smooth transfer to your destination.
DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
After landing, you will proceed directly to the baggage claim assigned to your flight. The driver will be by the baggage claim or as close as possible.

MEET & GREET - IMPORTANT NOTES
Our premium car transfer from Newark Liberty International Airport already includes Meet & Greet Service by the driver and up to 1.5 hour of free waiting time after your flight has landed. The car will be parked, and the driver will wait for you inside the arrival terminal.
Please be mindful of the free waiting time, and if you see that you are taking longer, get in touch with your driver right away.
