The Premium / Full New York Helicopter Ride

The helicopter tours depart from the Downtown Heliport on Pier 6, East River on the East Side of Lower Manhattan by Battery Park. You can easily reach the departure point by walking (if you are around Downtown Manhattan) or by public transportation.
The are couple of subway stops located nearby and within walking distance. The "South Ferry / Whitehall Street" (1 red line + R, W yellow line) is the closest one just 5 minutes south of Pier 6/Heliport, alternatively the "Bowling Green" (4,5 green line) and the "Wall Street / William Street" (2,3 red line) are within 8 to 10 minutes walking distance from Pier 6.

Although a little further away the main train hub "Fulton Street/WTC" (A, C, E blue line + 4, 5 green line + 2, 3 red line + R, W yellow line) is still within a 15-minute walk. Pier 6 is within walking distance from/to Staten Island Ferry, Wall Street, Financial District, Battery Park, and the World Trade Center. For those that prefer traveling by water, the closest Water Taxi Stop will be Pier 11 Wall Street (all lines available) and then walk south for 5 minutes to Pier 6.

If you opt for a car service (i.e. Yellow Cab, Uber, Lyft etc.) the complete address is – Downtown Heliport, 6 E River Piers, New York, NY 10004. Please note that once you have arrived by Pier 6, you will have to check-in to access the Helipad by showing your ID/Passport.
