PLANNING FEE
To ensure we provide the highest quality service, a non-refundable $160 planning fee is required upfront. This fee allows our professional planners to dedicate the necessary time and resources to create your perfect vacation. Should you choose to book the package with us, the $160 fee will be applied towards your final balance. If not, you will still retain the detailed plan we create for you.

This is a private package and different cancellation policies apply to each individual services.- HOTEL: Hotel reservation can be cancelled up to 12 days before check-in date.
- Selected Activities/Tickets/Events/Admissions labeled as FINAL SALES cannot be changed nor refunded once they are issued. FINAL SALES = NO EXCHANGES NO REFUND ALLOWED.
- AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Private Transportation can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days prior to date of service.
- PRIVATE TOURS: selected Private Tours can be cancelled without penalty up to 10 days prior to date of services.
