Starting From (per person):

3 nights — 4-star hotel: $1,975 (party of two) · ~$1,425 (party of three*)

3 nights — 5-star hotel: $2,425 (party of two) · ~$1,725 (party of three*)

*Triple rooms at luxury properties are limited and may require two rooms; final pricing will reflect actual rooming and availability.

Notes: Prices are starting estimates based on current averages and can vary by dates (weekend/holiday surcharges), hotel, ticket tiers, and customization. NYC hotel taxes/fees (≈14.75% + $3.50/room/night) and ticketing/processing fees are additional. Final pricing is confirmed in your personalized quote.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOM TRAVEL PACKAGES

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific travel components included in your package. A detailed cancellation policy will be provided along with your package estimate.

Deposit & Payment Schedule:

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm services.
The remaining balance is due 3 to 4 weeks before check-in.

Refund Policy:

Up to 21 days before the first date of service → 90% refundable
Between 21 and 14 days → 80% to 70% refundable
Between 13 and 7 days → 70% to 60% refundable
6 days or less before service → NON-REFUNDABLE (All sales are final)

Non-Refundable Items:

Tickets & Final Sale Items: Any tickets, passes, or non-refundable services included in your package cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Airfare: If airfare is included in your package, please note that all airfare is 100% non-refundable and non-changeable.

Important Notice on Consultation Fees:
To begin the reservation process, the consultation fee is required. This fee can be applied toward your package but is non-refundable.
