One of our hostesses will wait for you at the baggage claim for domestic flights or outside the customs area for international arrivals, holding a sign with your name.
After landing, you will receive a text message from the hostess assigned to your arrival. This message will confirm that she is already inside the terminal and indicate exactly where she will wait for you. You are welcome to stay in touch while clearing customs or collecting your bags so our team can coordinate your pickup as smoothly as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE YOU LAND AT JFK
We do our best to anticipate possible waiting times at customs and passport control. Since flights are monitored, the hostess and driver arrival times will automatically be adjusted if your flight lands earlier or later than scheduled. This helps ensure up to 1.5 hours of free waiting time after landing.
If you are further delayed for any reason, please contact your hostess or driver as soon as possible.
FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
After landing in New York City, you will proceed through U.S. Customs and then to baggage claim. Waiting times may vary depending on the day, terminal, and arrival time. Once you have collected your luggage, you will find the hostess or driver waiting for you outside the customs area.
DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
After landing, you will proceed directly to the baggage claim assigned to your flight. The hostess or driver will wait for you near baggage claim or as close to it as possible.
