DESCRIPTION
Summit One is the new Observatory in New York (we remind you the other fouth observatories: the iconic Empire State Building and the Top of the Rock - the One Tower and The Edge). The One Vanderbilt skyscraper is located adjacent to Grand Central Terminal and occupies an entire block exactly between Madison Avenue and Vanderbilt.The height reaches 427 meters including the spire. The building houses the observatory, a garden terrace and a bar on the top floors. For those who love strong sensations, a transparent glass elevator rises externally along 378 meters, leaving you to enjoy breathtaking views.
To increase the desire to visit the latest attraction in NY are the artistic installations of Kenzo Digital that you will find at the end of the climb, together with a series of sky-boxes, in transparent glass, which projecting beyond the skyscraper offer perfect points of view on the Empire Building and the Chrysler! You can easily reach the attraction by walking from all major Hotels located around Midtown.
You may also reach the departure point by Taxi/Uber/Lyft by providing the complete address – 45 E 42nd St, New York, NY 10017.
