What does it mean to work from home if your job, tour guide, is centered around going out, meeting your customers, walking through crowded streets, sharing the city and its history with others, exploring everyday facts and such? This is the question I immediately asked myself as soon as COVID-19 took over NYC and Newyorkers' lives.
In the beginning, when it was still open in New York, we are talking about February, I had organized myself to do virtual live tours, those who follow us on Facebook maybe have seen them, we were in Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Little Italy & Chinatown. The city was still active, all the shops open and people on the streets, that's how the situation was in one of my Facebook LIVE VIDEOS, it was March 4th, 2020.

But then New York shut down. Everyone has remained home since March 18th, and we will stay home at least until May 15th (UPDATED - until June 8th, 2020). For a New Yorker, it was quite unimaginable to even think of changing habits, but we all adapted to this new "lifestyle", and New York City has temporarily turned into a ghost town, especially the most touristic places, such as Times Square and Midtown neighborhoods have emptied out leaving only the lights on the giant billboards to remember what life was like before.
Stuck at home, I completely dedicated my quarantine time to record videos focusing on social media, I have been in contact with friends, customers, and New York fans on Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. I answered questions, gave information and I enjoyed talking to you about some of my favorite American Slangs, for those who missed it, here is the first part of the video on youtube, I showed the best views of the Manhattan Skyline, I shared some info regarding our Health-System and I enjoyed showing you few major differences between the real NY and the movie NY.

As soon as possible I will return LIVE to Facebook for other Virtual Tours, but in the meantime, you continue to follow my Stories on Instagram and my New Video on YouTube.
